OAKLAND -- The Office of Administrative Law has approved revisions to Division of Labor Statistics and Research regulations on reporting work-related injuries and illnesses. The changes affect Title 8, 14300.10, .12, .29 and .48 on recording requirements for occupational hearing loss and work-related musculoskeletal disorders MSDs) on Cal/OSHA Form 300.
