Worker Crushed by Loader

California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating an April 17 workplace fatality in the San Bernardino area at a construction site. DOSH says the worker, an employee of Hermanos Grading, Inc., was watering a pile of dirt when he slipped and fell in front of a loader, which crushed him.
