Proposal Would Eliminate ‘Illogical’ Cal/OSHA Requirement on Attics

Does it make sense that an employer should have to install a catwalk for employees working in attics or ceiling spaces? The Standards Board doesn't think so, and is moving to mitigate an unintended regulatory consequence.
