Standards Board: Crane Oilers Need Swing Radius Protection, Too

A 1980s-vintage Appeals Board decision excluded crane oilers and other crew members from requirements to prevent nasty injuries. But recent updates to the cranes and derricks standards have given the Standards Board an opportunity to bridge that gap. Here's the proposal it has come up with and how you can weigh in on it.
