Standards Board Rescinds Some Fall-Protection Changes on Oal Concerns

OAKLAND - The Cal/OSH Standards Board has readopted a regulation it approved in January regarding fall protection in the construction industry - minus a few portions that were red-flagged by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL).
