The appeal was granted in part and denied in part from a citation alleging the violation of safety orders requiring that stairways be installed in building two or more stories in height as soon as working conditions permit (Sec. 1629); requiring that debris shall be kept reasonably cleared from work areas and passageways, and stairs (Sec. 1513).
