The Board affirmed a citation for the alleged violation of a safety order requiring an employer to use approved portable lamps for Class 1, Division 2, locations where flammable liquid and vapor may settle (2522(d)). The Appeal contested the reasonableness of the changes required, where only one type of lamp had been approved by the Division and others were alleged by Appellant to be as safe, but no technical evidence to support the allegation was presented.
