Flexible Cords, S-Type---Guardrailings and Toeboards---Ladders, Securing---Harmful Gasses, Venting---Employer. The Board affirmed citations resulting from alleged violation of a safety order for failing to have an electrical cord covered or used within a raceway (1763); failure to protect balconies which were not less than nine feet from the ground with railings or toeboards (1621); and failure to secure a ladder providing means of access to work areas (1675).
