Metal Scaffolds, Base---Improperly Cited Code Section. The Appeal was granted in part and dismissed in part for the alleged violation of three sections of T8 CAC.
Appellant was found not to be in violation of Section 1644(d) where the Division of Industrial Safety failed to show the availability of base plates for the scaffold in question, and where the citation incorrectly alleges that the use of base plates and wood blocks are alternatives.
