Receptacles---Railings and Toeboards---Guarding Floor Openings. The Appeal was denied and the citation alleging the violation of three sections of T8 CAC and the proposed civil penalties was affirmed.

Appellant was found in violation of Section 1763 for permitting a receptacle to be installed on a circuit of voltage class for which it was not approved and for not maintaining operable cord grips to prevent strain on the terminal screws.
