Protective Equipment, Failure to Use a Showing of Inadequate Instruction in Its Use. The appeal was denied and a citation alleging five nonserious violations was affirmed along with a penalty of $60. Only one alleged violation was on appeal.
Appellant was in violation of 5229 where it failed to enforce the use of protective equipment required in order to adhere to the precautions set forth on the label of Mevinphos, a product it manufactures.
