Ventilation, Control of Gasses [5147 construed]. In denying the appeal from the existence and abatement requirements of six subitems of the citation, the Judge said:
"Section 5147 requires hazardous vapor operations to be isolated or controlled in order not to expose employees. The Division's abatement requirements are in conformance with the requirements of this safety order.
