This appeal was denied. The alleged nonserious violation of 1713(a) and the associated penalty of $175 were each affirmed.
The violation arose when Appellant's employees, framing houses, were raising an unusually large and heavy wall panel, 18 feet high, made of two by sixes. Bracing had been removed from one side of the large panel to allow the raising of a second panel. The large panel fell towards the unbraced side and injured Appellant's employees.
