[1] Eye Protection [3382[a]], Not Required to be at or Attached to Grinder---[2] Access, Elevated Locations [3270[b]] Construed. The appeal was denied in part and granted in part from a citation alleging twelve nonserious violations of 8 Cal. Adm. Code with a total proposed penalty of $205.
