Appellant was cited for 11 nonserious violations. A penalty was proposed in the total amount of $165. Appellant contested the existence of each violation alleged and the reasonableness of the penalties proposed. Prior to the hearing, the Appeals Board granted the Division's motion to withdraw allegations of violations of 2367(a) and 2398(k), together with the related penalties of $110. The remaining appeal was denied in its entirety, including a $55 proposed penalty for the violation of 2383(f)(2).
