The Petition was denied and the original decision of the Administrative Law Judge affirmed, as the Petitioner served its Petition on the Board 38 days after its receipt of the Decision, thus failing to meet the statutory requirement of 30 days (Labor Code Section 6614(a)). The Board also noted that the five-day mailing extension provided for by Code of Civil Procedure section 1013(a) still placed Petitioner outside the statutory limits
