Employee Supervision, Non-English Speaking Employees, [3438]. A Spanish speaking employee of Appellant sustained an injury to his arm when it was caught in a roller of a cotton gin while the gin was in operation. The injured employee's immediate supervisor did not speak Spanish and the employee did not speak any English.
