Hook Mousing [Closure]. Employees of Appellant were working on a scaffold suspended between the second and third floor of a building that had no hook mousing or equivalent to prevent the upper fall blocks from being disconnected from the cornice nooks in violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 1660(j). That section was designed to prevent the hooks from falling on workmen during the rigging stages of assembling the scaffold.
