The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of May 25, 1979 (Digest 13,312), denying Employer's appeals from five general violations and upholding penalties of $140 and $110 for two of them. (General violations are subject to penalty when more than 10 violations are found in one inspection. Here, more than 20 violations were charged at Employer's premises, which included a cabinet shop, Formica shop and mill area.)
