In a partial reversal of the ALJ decision dated May 29, 1984 (Digest 15,755), the Appeals Board reduced from $2,500 to $1,500 the additional penalties assessed by the ALJ for failure to abate a general violation of 1592(a) (warning methods) and a serious violation of 1596(a)(1) (rollover protective structures).
