Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated September 26, 1985, Docket Nos. 84-R1D1-337 thru 340. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington and Michael R. Monagan, Members.

The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of December 21, 1984 (Digest 15,986), denying appeals from a general violation of 1630(a) (elevators for hoisting workers), a repeat/general violation of 1629(b)(2) (stairways and ladders) with $50 penalty, and repeat/serious violations of 1632(a) and (d) (guarding floor, roof and wall openings) with penalties of $700 each.
