The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of August 5, 1981 (Digest 14,597) insofar as that decision denied Employer's appeals from one general and two serious violations of Construction Safety Orders. The Board affirmed a $175 penalty for one serious violation, but vacated as cumulative the $15 penalty for the other.
