The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 20, 1987 (Digest 17,057). The Board denied Employer's appeals from five serious and 22 general violations. The only issue on reconsideration was the validity of the inspection warrant obtained by the Division from the Fresno County Superior Court.
