Employer, a sole proprietorship laundry, received a targeted industries inspection and was cited for numerous regulatory, general and serious violations. Proposed penalties totaled $13,690. This amount was reduced to $6,950 by the Division's withdrawal of one regulatory violation and adjustment of the other penalties.
