SKYLIGHTS - GUARDING OPENINGS
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 1632(e) (2000) - Employer violated the requirement to guard skylight openings even though the employee who fell through gained access to the skylight area on a canopy through a nearby window opening that was covered with plywood and had caution tape attached. The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision denying Employer's appeal of the general violation.
