CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 3241(c) (2001) - The Division did not establish that Employer stored sheet metal in an unsafe manner by leaning it against a wall. The injured employee's handling of the sheets, not the manner in which they were stored, created the hazard. Serious violation vacated.
