STAIRWAYS - LANDINGS
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 3231(f) (2001) - Employer's stairway landing was not the required dimension, equal to the width of the stairs in the direction of travel. The grandfather clause exception for existing installations was not available because Employer did not raise it until the appeal hearing.
