CODE REGS, tit. 8, 3212(e)(2) (2001) - The Appeals Board agreed with the ALJ's finding of a serious violation where roof work was conducted within 6 feet of an unguarded skylight without fall protection. Load tests were conducted on a different model of skylight and did not provide an exception under subsection (e)(1).
