CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 3364(a) (2001) - Employer provided no toilet facility at its equipment yard where crews assembled morning and evening. A rest stop pit toilet across the highway was not equipped with handwashing facilities, so it did not satisfy the exception for normally unattended work locations.
