CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 3650(m) (2001) - Employer did not violate the requirement to brace or secure loads of excessive width carried by forklift. The load involved in a fatal accident was not of excessive width, it was slightly off-center. The cited safety order did not address or include off-balanced loads; it was not applicable.
