RESPIRATORY PROTECTION - MEDICAL EVALUATION OF USERS
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, 5144(h) (2001) - Employer did not conduct medical evaluations of correctional officers at its prison facility who were required to use respiratory protection, an admitted violation. The ALJ did not accept lack of funding as an excuse for lack of abatement, ordering immediate negotiations with a medical provider to supply the necessary evaluations.
