EXCAVATIONS - NOTIFICATION OF COMMENCEMENT
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 341.1(f)(3) (2001) - Employer, an annual excavation permit holder, failed to notify the Division in a timely manner before the commencement of an excavation that exceeded 5 feet in depth. There was evidence that employees entered the excavation to perform work.
