CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 1670(a) (2002) - Employer's worker fell from a roof while measuring for gutters, a serious accident-related violation because he was not wearing any fall protection equipment. Since Employer was not installing a roof covering, it was not engaged in a roofing operation, and the cited safety order was applicable.
