Labor Code §§ 2750.5, 6303, 6304.1 (2014) – Employer was the “employer” of the construction workers on a scaffold and was subject to the cited safety orders.

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1509(a) (2014) – Employer lacked an injury and illness prevention plan.

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM – CODE OF SAFE PRACTICES (CSP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1509(c) (2014) – Employer did not have a code of safe practices.

HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION PLAN (HIPP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(d)(3) (2014) – Employer did not have a written heat illness prevention plan.

SCAFFOLDS – TOWER SCAFFOLDS AND ROLLING SCAFFOLDS, WOOD OR METAL
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1646(a) (2014) – The Division established that two employees were working on a rolling scaffold of 26 feet in height that was not tied or secured to the building.
