INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – TRAINING ON NEW JOB ASSIGNMENTS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(7)(C) (2010) - Employer’s IIPP had provisions for training pneumatic truck drivers. The Division failed to prove what specific training procedures were missing for its pneumatic truck drivers or that training was not provided for a new work assignment.
