Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3329(d) (2012) - The Board concluded that the ALJ erroneously found that Employer violated the safety order by failing to release pressure while opening a closed pressurized system. The Division failed to prove that the source of the steam was from a pressurized system, which was sufficient to grant the appeal.
