VIOLATION - WILLFUL CLASSIFICATION Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 334(e) (2012) - The Board reversed the ALJ’s decision regarding the classification of two violations, and held that Employer committed willful violations. Employer did not take safe measures to locate a water line while digging a trench and its foreman did not remove employees from the trench after he was alerted to the possibility of a water line.
