CONFINED SPACES – PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACES
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, §§ 5157(c)(2), 5157(d)(2), 5157(d)(3), 5157(d)(5), 5157(d)(6), 5157(d)(9), 5157(d)(10) (2013) – Employer violated safety orders pertaining to permit-required confined spaces. The violations were classified properly as general.
