INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a) (2016) – The Division established that Employer failed to comply with §3203(a)(4)(C) and (a)(5). Employer’s procedures for evaluating hazards related to operating a defective, propane-powered forklift were deficient, and it failed to implement an effective IIPP for investigation of employee injuries or illnesses.
