FALL PROTECTION - WORK FROM TRUSSES Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1669(a) (2011) - The evidence showed that an employee was working at a location covered by the safety order, at an elevation more than 15 feet above the floor level below, and that there was no fall protection in use. The Division established a serious violation.
