INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS – FORWARD VIEW OBSTRUCTED Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3650(t)(11) (2016) – Employer was not operating a forklift in a safe manner at the time of the accident. The forklift operator’s forward view was obstructed, and he was not traveling with the load trailing. As a result, an employee was struck by the moving forklift.
