TRANSPORTATION OF EMPLOYEES AND MATERIALS – TRANSPORTING EMPLOYEES, CHAINS OR CABLES USED IN LIEU OF DOORS ON REGULAR MEANS OF ENTRANCE OR EXIT
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3702(q) (2016) – Although Employer did not require the use of a safety chain when drivers were in collection mode during stop-to-stop, residential trash collection, the Board concluded that the safety order did not apply to the case. As a result, the Board vacated a citation that the ALJ had affirmed.
