HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SAFETY ORDERS – WORKING ON DE-ENERGIZED CABLES, CONDUCTORS OR EQUIPMENT
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 2943(f)(3) (2015) – Although the ALJ held that the Division established a serious, accident-related violation as a result of Employer’s failure to identify cables to determine whether they were energized or de-energized before allowing employees to work on them, the Board concluded that the cited safety order did not apply.
