Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3210(c) (2012) - The ALJ dismissed the cited violation for failure to provide a means of protecting an employee from falling in a location where guardrails were impracticable. Employer demonstrated that an inconsistent, more specific safety order applied.
