AIR TANKS - PERMITS TO OPERATE
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 461(a) (2010) - The Division established that Employer failed to comply with permit requirements.

ELECTRICAL - FLEXIBLE CORDS AND CABLES
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 2500.8 (2010) - The Division established that Employer used substitute wiring for fixed wiring on a drill press.

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a) (2010) - Employer failed to implement and maintain an effective IIPP. The evidence established that Employer had less than 10 employees and did not require a written IIPP.

LIVE LOADS - POSTING REQUIREMENTS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3241(a) (2010) - The Division failed to show that Employer failed to post a live load sign.

MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT - RESTRAINED TO PREVENT WALKING OR MOVING
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3328(d) (2010) - The Division did not show that Employer failed to prevent a drill press from walking or moving from its location.
