Code Regs, tit. 8, § 341(d) (2017) – Employer failed to obtain a project permit or annual permit before engaging in excavation work. CONSTRUCTION SAFETY ORDERS – INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1509(a) (2017) – Employer failed to maintain records showing that it trained employees on hazards related to their job duties, or provide evidence of an IIPP to the Division upon request.
