INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – METHODS AND PROCEDURES FOR CORRECTING UNSAFE OR UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS, WORK PRACTICES AND WORK PROCEDURES IN A TIMELY MANNER BASED ON SEVERITY OF HAZARD
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(6) (2015) – Employers failed to implement effective IIPPs that included methods or procedures for correcting unsafe or unhealthy conditions, work practices and work procedures in a timely manner for employees exposed to the risk of heat illness in the workplace.
