FIELD INSPECTION AND REPORTS – PLASTIC PIPING SYSTEMS California Code of Regulations, title 8, § 462(m)(3)(I) (2018) – An employer shall use pipe that meets or exceeds the test requirements listed in Appendix C, and upon request, supply the Division written laboratory certification from the manufacturer that the pipe meets or exceeds all test requirements listed in Appendix C of these orders. ABATEMENT – PROOF OF ABATEMENT Employer did not provide proof of abatement required by a prior Settlement Order of the Board. If Employer required relief from the abatement requirements, then the proper response was to seek a variance from the Board.
