BELT AND PULLEY DRIVES - GUARDING Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4070(a) (2010) - The only evidence of accidental contact was that a guard remaining in place on a head grinder motor was sufficient to prevent such contact. Thus, there was no violation of §4070(a).
