Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3457(c)(3)(G)3 (2010) - Employer failed to provide, at all times, a portable hand washing facility supplied with soap, or a suitable cleansing agent, and single-use towels for all employees engaged in agricultural operations involving hand labor. The $750 civil penalty was a mandatory minimum penalty under Labor Code §6712(d)(1).
